The Weald of Kent PLoughing Match Association donates money to many local causes it also runs a bursary scheme

2009 Beneficiaries are :

£500 worth of forage to Homewood School Young Farmers Club

£500 worth of forage to Angley School Young Farmers Club

£500 to Kent Farmline

£500 to RABI

£300 to St John Ambulance

£500 to Cadets (Cranbrook)

£150 to Ashford Valley Hunt

£150 to Bolebrook Beagles

we are also proposing £1500 to support our conventional and reversible champion ploughmen for them competing on behalf of the WKPMA at the 2009 National Ploughing Match in Cambridgeshire
